In cases where the car is not in stock, importing the car and preparation of the artwork may take up to 30 days. We will inform you of the expected timelines once the pre-order is confirmed.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Return Policy: We accept returns for defective products or products that do not meet the description provided on our website. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping or handling fees unless the return is due to our error.
